With each season that he played tennis at Greenwood, Auston Shown made gradual improvement.
It was especially the case for his senior season with the Bulldogs.
"My senior year, I think what I improved the most on was my confidence and getting more consistent with getting my first serve in," Shown said.
"It (his tennis career at Greenwood) went a lot better than I thought it would. I definitely think I made improvements each year and had a lot of fun."
Now, Shown is determined to build on what he learned at Greenwood over to the next level as he will be heading to the University of the Ozarks in Clarksville, where Shown has signed to play tennis.
