With an 11-0-2 overall record this season, the Cistercian Hawks battled fiercely through their season and capped it with a victory at the SPC Championship tournament. Crowned the best in 3A SPC, the Hawks secured back-to-back titles.
Going 4-0-2 in their division schedule, the Hawks recorded impressive victories over Trinity Valley (5-0), Oakridge (3-0), Greenhill (2-0), Liberty Christian (13-0), and others throughout their regular season. The team put forth the necessary work to end up on a successful playoff path.
Through the playoffs, athletes like Patrick Garda, Michael Peterman, John Peterman, Marc Maalouf, Brock Harrod, and others helped continue the Hawks' legacy through to the championship tournament. In the semifinals, Cistercian blanked Episcopal School of Dallas 1-0 before capping the tournament with a 1-0 championship victory over Fort Worth Country Day.
