Stoney Hadnot is “that dude” for the Cypress Springs Panthers, who finished third in district prior to advancing to the Regional Quarters. They fell by one to Klein Oak, which left a bad taste in their mouths.
Hadnot averaged 18 points per game and is poised to have an ever bigger season as a senior. He is committed to South Dakota State. He will need help, however, as his running mates from a year ago, graduated.
Royal Mayfield will quarterback the offense at the point, but others will need to step up for the Panthers to advance deeper in the Regional Tournament.
