Former VYPE star Werner paying it forward helping athletes' mental health

Cali Werner is one of the most decorated long distance runners to come of out of the Greater Houston-area in the VYPE-era.

The Willis High star was a VYPE Covergirl back in the day, before taking Rice University track by storm.

She knew something was a little off and finally looked into her mental health. That choice changed her life on and off the running paths.

VYPE's Matt Malatesta caught up with Werner about her career in mental health and how it affects athletes.
