If her performance during the summer months is any indication of what is to come, Sulphur High School junior-to-be Moe Patterson will be even tougher to stop this season.
The 6-foot center, who earned first-team all-district honors while battling against some of the top teams in the state in District 3-5A rivals Sam Houston and LaGrange, helped lead Sulphur to a 25-4 record at summer camps from Florida to Texas A&M. She put up double-double stats on a regular basis.
"In our district, she should be one of the most dominant post players this year," Sulphur head coach Helen Lefevre said. "We saw it in the summer.
