The Southwest Preparatory Conference Winter Championships wrapped up over the weekend and the stars came out to shine.
Houston Christian boys and girls won the 4A Championships. The boys were led by Montana Wheeler, while the girls were led by D’Asia Thomas (Georgia Tech) and Loghan Johnson (Texas Tech).
Casady and St. Andrews won the 3A boys and girls titles, respectively.
On the pitch, it was the Episcopal boys and Hockaday girls winning the 4A Championship, while the Cistercian boys and Trinity Valley girls won SPC 3A.
In the pool, it was St. John’s girls and St. Mark’s boys winning 4A, while Awty (girls) and Cisterician (boys) won 3A. The John Cooper School’s Morgan Robson (1-Meter Dive), Diego Burgos (1-Meter Dive) and Monica Ianeva (100-breaststroke) took home come over the weekend as well.
St. John’s continues to dominate wrestling as the Mavs picked up another SPC Title over the weekend.
