The 5-foot-10 prospect was able to work out with Baylor staff on his unofficial visit before the Bears' staff decided to extend an offer. It didn't take long for the 3-star athlete to call Baylor home.
Bobby is a two-time First Team All-District selectee who recorded 77 tackles last season (four for a loss), broke up 12 passes, forced two fumbles, and brought down four interceptions. He helped lead DeSoto to a 10-2 overall finish in the 2020 season.
As a 3-star recruit, Bobby chooses Baylor over the likes of Kansas State, Kansas, UTSA, Illinois State, SMU and more.

The 6-foot-1 athlete was extended an offer from the Wildcats' program back in March, but made an official visit at the beginning of June before committing two weeks later.
Chambers helped lead South Oak Cliff to an undefeated 8-0 district record (9-3 overall) during his junior season. After finishing first in their district, the Bears fell 19-17 in the second round of playoffs to Frisco.
Chambers is the second defensive back and seventh athlete to commit to the Wildcats in the 2022 recruiting class. He chose Arizona over the likes of Indiana, Arizona State, Oklahoma State, SMU, Texas Tech, and more.
