ATX/SA Football Rematches Set For UIL 4A & 3A Region Finals

Four Austin/San Antonio area football teams (Lampasas, Liberty Hill, Geronimo Navarro and Wimberley) will play for a UIL 4A regional championship and Hallettsville will compete for a UIL 3A regional title this week. The VYPE Central Texas and VYPE South Texas regional final previews continue with 2019 rematches. Stay tuned for more postseason coverage in the days and weeks to come.
UIL 4A Division I Region IV Championship: Lampasas Badgers (12-1) vs. Liberty Hill Panthers(8-5)
When/Where To Watch: Saturday December 7th at 2pm/Cedar Park's John Gupton Stadium
Players to Watch: Lampasas (Ace Whitehead, Jack Jerome, Case Brister and Koby Allen); Liberty Hill (Trey Seward, Blake Simpson, Andon Thomas and Drake Oberpriller)
Success Against Opponents: Lampasas has outscored its 2019 opponents 686-257, while Liberty Hill has a 476-259 point differential.
Previous 2019 Meeting: Lampasas won 52-10 in a district home game on October 18th.
