READY TO REIGN: Ranking Houston's top teams entering the UIL girls soccer playoffs
Just like that, the Texas high school soccer postseason has arrived.
On the Class 6A scene, Bridgeland has still yet to be defeated while they claimed their fourth-straight district title, and look to keep that streak intact as they head into the playoffs. The usual suspects -- Stratford and Ridge Point -- are in close contention, and could be potential favorites to represent Region III in the coming weeks.
But, don't count out Tomball Memorial, Kingwood, or The Woodlands just yet, as they have surged in the latter-half of the regular season.
Kingwood Park is coming off their eighth-consecutive undefeated district championship, which marked the 300th victory for coach Jess White's program, as they look to represent Region II-5A in April. Additionally, teams such as Friendswood, Fulshear, Foster, and Barbers Hill could easily go on a deep run once the playoffs start next week.
Without further ado, here are the city's most premier clubs, as audiences prepare for the 2024 postseason.

"Our family and friends in the stands have also been our MVPs as well They continue to show up for us, get rowdy, decorate our playoff busses, provide awesome goodie bags, celebrate each win like it's our last, and even brought me a homecooked meal while I was working late this past weekend."

Regional Semifinals Matchup: v. Kingwood
Keys to the Game: "Not turning the ball over and eliminating counter attacks."
Prospectus: Yet another undefeated team among this stacked list of teams, what exactly sets Stratford apart?
"Our tenacity and quickness to keep possession and win the ball back/intercept passes has been crucial for us," Walters said. "Our midfield has been able to regularly stop attacks by staying in passing lanes and preventing through balls. Our overall team defense have limited our playoff opponents to 5 shots on goal combined and less than 30% possession." \\
"They have been hyper focused on going farther than last season and the team chemistry is fantastic. They all root for each other and this pushes us to succeed."
