Despite experiencing a series of ups and downs throughout the regular season, the reigning Class 5A state champs Magnolia West have proven their resiliency, by sweeping each opponent they've faced throughout the 2024 playoffs.

Now, the Mustangs (25-14-1) see themselves with the opportunity to return to Austin, when facing Distrcit 21-5A counterpart Lake Creek, in a rematch of the Region III-5A Final, starting tonight (7:00 pm) at Sam Houston State University.
