Summer Creek and Fort Bend Austin are the queens of Class 6A Region III, while Cypress Springs and Klein Collins hope to get past the likes of DeSoto and Duncanville in Region II.

Janessa Tennison (Jr. F) is back after leading the squad with 13.7 points per game. She also chipped in an average of six rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.2 steals in 2023.
