BACK TO THE GRIND: Postseason-return in the cards for No. 10 Porter
NO. 10 -- PORTER SPARTANS
Head Coach: Danielle Elmore
2023: 17-25/Bi-District Finalists
AFTER FINISHING THIRD IN DISTRICT 16-5A BEFORE MAKING AN APPEARANCE IN THE PLAYOFFS LAST FALL, THE SPARTANS ARE ONE OF THE TEAMS TO MOVE OVER IN THE REALIGNMENT.
Now that they enter District 18-5A, Porter will be competing against some different programs, but that doesn’t mean they should expect a gap in quality.
Coach Danielle Elmore will look to her key returning playmakers – namely Kiersten Secrease (Sr. OH), Kamryn Pate (Sr. S), Kadence Hays (Sr. DS), and Kylie Rose (Sr. MH) – to uphold the standard for her squad.
The Spartans will be eager to rewrite their first-round exit of the postseason a year ago.
