SES Top Performers: Week 3
Per SES
Kenyatta Harrell (RB, Pearl)
vs. Ridgeland (W)
Rushing: 31 carries, 364 Rushing Yards, 6 TDs
What do you do after you run for over 180 yards in the first two games? You run for almost 300 by halftime. That's what Harrell did this past Friday night as he and the Pirates rolled past the Titans 62-21. He will need another great performance this Friday as Pearl travels to take on Madison Central in a titanic matchup.
Philip Short (QB, MRA)
vs. Jackson Academy (W)
Passing: 19/29, 364 Passing Yards, 5 TDs
Short got back on track this past week after only throwing one touchdown the past two games he went off Friday night picking the defense of Jackson Academy apart as he and this offense continue to look unstoppable. He and the Patriots will look to move to 5-0 this week as they travel Cleveland to take on the Bayou Academy Colts. Patriots vs Colts in the NFL this would be a classic let's see if it is this Friday.
