The defensive lineman collapsed on Sunday-- just days after a 42-32 Ouachita Baptist victory over Oklahoma Baptist on Thursday, September 1st. VYPE DFW takes a moment to remember Yarbrough and his impact on the Sachse football program.

During his time as a Mustang, Yarbrough was a great impact on Sachse's varsity defense where he played both his junior and senior seasons. Yarbrough recorded 26 solo tackles and 93 total tackles in a Mustangs' jersey. He caused three fumbles, 25 quarterback hurries, and recorded six sacks on opposing quarterbacks.
With Ouachita Baptist, the defensive lineman was named an All-Great American Conference honorable mention during the 2021-22 football season last year after recording 27 tackles in 11 games. During the team's season opener this past Thursday, Yarbrough tallied two tackles. The team released a post highlighting some of Yarbrough's teammates' memories of playing with and knowing him:
Clark lived out his favorite Bible verse, James 4:10, which says “Humble yourselves before the Lord, and He will lift you up.” Read more about Clark as a child of God, a son, a student, a friend, and a teammate: https://t.co/16pSamAviX⁰⁰#BringYourRoar #FinishEmpty pic.twitter.com/IxSWeSVKcN
