Eight elite shooters represent MHS at trap shooting nationals

Eight shooters represented Midland High School at the season-ending National High School Trap Shooting Tournament July 10-14 in Mason, Mich.
Marissa Berghuis, Hunter Buczek, Aaron Garcia, Gavin Gilmore, Dylan MacKenzie, Allie McMillan, Avery Merrow and Connor Winslow competed for the Chemics.
The MHS five-person team of Garcia (95 out of 100 targets), MacKenzie (86), McMillan (90), Merrow (84), and Winslow (84) placed 122nd out of 206 teams.
