Coach Rod Gold:Coach Rod Gold: As proud as I am of the girls for coming out as tournament champions, I’m equally as proud of them for enduring the elements and having the mental aptitude to overcome and persevere. Golf is an individual sport as opposed to a team sport, you have no teammates to rely upon for your immediate score, sometimes we don’t get off to the best start, but you just keep grinding and doing your best, and in the end, that resulted in a championship for the girls. I’m extremely proud of them and excited for the upcoming season.
