After an extremely successful season last year, the McKinney Boyd Broncos are back and ready to continue their streak of hard work! VYPE DFW was at McKinney ISD Stadium a few weeks ago where we caught up with the Broncos and they showcased just a little of what they have up their sleeves for the 2022-23 football season ahead! The Season Ahead
Last season, the Broncos went 8-3 overall with a 73% winning percentage. The team showcased some of their strongest talent on the field as they took down opponent after opponent to begin their season. Returning to the field this season are athletes like Joel Hatten, Jonathan Patterson, Ryan Shackleton, and more! The team is sure to put another mark on the map for McKinney as they face off against tough competitors this fall.
Catch Them In Action
This season, the Broncos opened their first preseason game at home against Longview. Although the team fell 36-10, they shouldn't be counted out just yet. The Broncos are known for hitting the turf hard after a loss. They can be expect to get after it and put in the work necessary to play hard for the rest of preseason en route to district play.
