Madison Central wins battle of No. 1 vs No. 2
Jimmy Holiday was a one-man wrecking crew.
The TCU commit totaled four touchdowns as No. 1 Madison Central raced past No. 2 Brandon 28-14 in 'The Jungle' on Friday night.
"We played with a lot of heart and a lot of fight," said Madison Central coach Anthony Hart. "It was a little slow early but we didn't let that bother us. We just kept playing."
Holiday started out hitting Logan Reed on a 31-yard touchdown pass to put the Jaguars up 7-0 one minute into the first quarter.
Brandon would then tie the game 7-7 on a Zailon Johnson 5-yard touchdown run with just under a minute to go in the first quarter.
