HOOPS PREVIEW: The Lady Trojans look to make waves
The Trinity Christian Academy - Addison Lady Trojans are ready to make waves this season as they use their non-district schedule to prepare for the district road ahead. The team is working hard each time they step foot onto the court and VYPE DFW is here to tell fans exactly what they can expect out of this team of tough athletes!
A Look Back
Last season, the Lady Trojans finished sixth in their district with a 15-16 overall record (2-8 in district play). Although the team didn't have quite the season they would have liked, they certainly posted some incredible victories to be proud of. The Lady Trojans defeated the likes of Nolan Catholic, Jacksonville, Athens, Van, Episcopal School of Dallas, North Mesquite, and more through non-district play. Their two victories in district came against Plano Prestonwood (52-51) and Parish Episcopal (47-43).
2022-23
Using the offseason to their advantage and looking to continue to improve, the Lady Trojans have already put their hard work to the test this season. The team is 4-4 in non-district play with victories over the likes of Carrollton Prince of Peace, Arlington Grace Prep, Canton, and Episcopal School of Dallas.
Trinity Christian has three more non-district games left before they get into the swing of district play. Fans can expect to see the Lady Trojans step onto the court with confidence as they use these final three non-district games to prepare to put up a battle in district. The Lady Trojans will face-off against the likes of Grapevine Faith and Bishop Dunne before entering their first district game against Argyle Liberty Christian on December 6th.
Be sure you check out the Lady Trojans in action this winter!
