VYPE U: A Quick Recap of Episcopal Softball

During this hectic time as sports are being put on a pause, there's nothing better than a quick recap. Let's take a look at the three-time reigning SPC softball champs, the Episcopal Knights. (Also a retro slideshow from Julia Toups' disposable camera to keep it interesting.)

Overall the team has a solid record of 9-5. The team has had its tough losses, walk-off comebacks, and wins from run rules all within just their first few weeks of playing together.

In the most recent weeks of their season, the girls went 3-3 in the annual Clear Creek Tournament against some of the top 5A and 6A schools in the area.

That following week at the annual Schulenbergo Tournament, the Knights managed to get first place. They even managed to knock some top contenders into the lower bracket, going 4-0 that entire weekend.

So what will happen now for the Knights? As many schools continue to postpone their returns, Episcopal is hopeful to return to campus Monday, April 13th. The team plans to play that week for conference games against their south region.

The chase to a 4-peat isn't over just yet.
