Ja'Kenan Davis has had himself a season. The bruising back for the Baytown Lee Ganders surpassed the 1,000-yard mark for the season in a 48-20 victory over Baytown Sterling last week. Davis had two rushing scores and a receiving touchdown in the win. A 38-yard direct-snap touchdown was the highlight of the night for Davis. Baytown Lee finished the regular season 7-2 overall and is in the playoffs for the first time since 2009.
Justin Kay (@justink21000336) - La Porte
Check out my highlight ‼️ - https://t.co/00gUetJE52
— justin kay (@justink21000336) May 24, 2020
In a 25-20 victory for La Porte last week over Galveston Ball, the junior finished with 13 tackles to lead the defensive unit. Kay also had a pass deflection in the victory.
Joseph Trim (@josephtrim45) - Fort Bend Kempner
1st game 25-182 3 touchdowns..my offensive line was going HARD. #Kempner High School pic.twitter.com/ar7oDHToqG
— Joseph Trim (@josephtrim45) October 8, 2020
In Fort Bend Kempner's 21-14 victory over Angleton last week, running back Joseph Trim had a big game for the Cougars. Trim rushed for 124 yards and a score on 29 carries in the victory for Fort Bend Kempner. On the season, Trim has rushed for 959 yards and nine touchdowns. On the season, Trim surpassed the 100-yard mark six times.
Damon Bankston (@ThatBoy_Bank) - Katy Paetow
Bankston TD!!! Panthers retake the lead 24-21 with :16 left in the third. pic.twitter.com/bXwiK3Bxfv
— Paetow_Press (@PaetowPress) December 4, 2020
Damon Bankston is a bad, bad man. He went off against Deer Park in a 40-21 victory rushing for 242 yards and three touchdowns on just 15 carries. Bankston averaged 16.1 yards per carry in the win. The senior back has rushed for 1,389 yards and 13 touchdowns this season.
Ty Harris (@_TyHarris40_) - Manvel

— T_Y🏈 (@_TyHarris40_) December 4, 2020
Manvel is coming off a 38-20 victory over BF Terry and a big factor in the victory was running back Ty Harris, who rushed for 134 yards on 21 carries. Harris averaged 6.4 yards per carry in the win. The junior running back busted loose for 827 yards and 10 touchdowns on the season.
Rundrick Dudley (@CaashoutJaam) - Fort Bend Marshall
— RUNDRICK DUDLEY (@CaashoutJaam) December 5, 2020
Fort Bend Marshall has been absolutely rolling to its 9-0 mark on the year. The Buffs last week defeated Madison 61-0 and a big player in that game was junior running back Rundrick Dudley, who rushed for 182 yards and three touchdowns on just six carries. Dudley averaged 30.3 yards per carry. It was a breakout game for Dudley as he broke the 100-yard mark for the first time this season and nearly raced past the 200-yard plateau.

PREVIOUS HELMET STICKER SELECTIONS
- Week 1 (Sept. 24-27)
- Week 2 (Oct. 1-3)
Harold Perkins (@HP113k) - Cypress Park
Sometimes you just have to take what you want👹 🦍 #BullyBall @espn @sctop10 @SportsCenter @VarsityWires @vypehouston @247Sports @Rivals @Perroni247 @MikeRoach247 @samspiegs @CyParkFootball @Storm7v7 pic.twitter.com/sUcJ2a7PmE
— Harold Perkins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (@HP113k) October 11, 2020
Harold Perkins played some bully ball last week! First off, the Cypress Park junior rushed for 136 yards and two touchdowns on five carries Then defensively he registered six tackles, 3.5 for loss, one sack and then he forced two fumbles and took one back 48 yards for the touchdown. Hands down that is the VYPE Helmet Sticker performance of the week!
Bishop Davenport (@bishoptheQB) - Spring
💥TOUCHDOWN LIONS💥@bishoptheQB is putting on a show tonight, as he takes this 4th and 1 run all the way to the house to extend Spring’s lead to 27-10. 3:10 left in the second quarter. @SpringFootball | @TheOldCoach | #TXHSFB pic.twitter.com/fHvKAZMBtv
— Tommy Yarrish (@tommy_yarrish) October 10, 2020
Well, hello Bishop Davenport! In a monster win over Dekaney last week, the Spring Lions' signal-caller went off. And that actually may be an understatement. Davenport finished 26 of 42 for 348 yards and and two touchdowns. He also rushed for 140 yards and three scores on just 10 carries. Folks, that is 488 yards and five total touchdowns. That is flat out impressive.
Jerrell Wimbley - C.E. King

WEEK 2
🥇: @CEKing_Football RB Jerrell Wimbley shakes a tackle then goes 83 yards for the TD 🏎 pic.twitter.com/o5TSnS8Ioi
Jerrell Wimbley has been a key piece to the C.E. King Panthers' 3-0 start to this season. In a 31-21 victory over Ridge Point last week, that was the case again. Wimbley rushed for 187 yards and a score on 20 carries for the Panthers. Wimbley has surpassed 100 yards in each of the Panthers' three games this season and has racked up a total of 494 yards and four scores thus far. His production through the first three games of 2020 has already surpassed his rushing totals from a year ago as a sophomore in 10 games.
Deniquez Dunn (@DeniquezDunn2) - Crosby
https://t.co/Gz3yskWY0L Week 3💪🏾❗️
— 2 (@DeniquezDunn2) October 11, 2020
Crosby headed into last week at 0-2 on the year. The Cougars needed a win. They got that beating Montgomery 55-52 and Deniquez Dunn was a major reason why. The quarterback finished 16 of 24 for 361 yards, two touchdowns and an interception through the air. Then on the ground, Dunn rushed for another 99 yards and four scores. Doing the math, carry the one, that totals out to 460 yards and six total touchdowns.
Carter Cravens (@CarterCravens) - Cy-Fair
16/21
— Carter Cravens (@CarterCravens) October 12, 2020
246 yards
4 TD’s
45-0 win
@BFND_Football https://t.co/5QgeH1otrJ
The numbers really do speak for themselves in this one. In a 45-0 win over Stratford last week, which pushed the Bobcats to 3-0 on the year, Cravens was spot on. The Cy-Fair signal-caller went 16 of 21 for 246 yards and four touchdowns on the afternoon. Not too shabby.
Darius Hale (@darius4hale) - Pearland
The Pearland Oilers beat The Woodlands 21-3. The Oilers D was locked in! @CoachTullos @KPRC2 @vypehouston @darius4hale @sock12_ @baylorjohnsonLB pic.twitter.com/SW4bcRRaHF
— Alex Radow (@alexradow) September 26, 2020
Pearland has come out of the gates looking solid on both sides of the ball. A 3-0 record for the Oilers got to that point thanks to a 17-7 victory over Strake Jesuit last week. In that victory, Darius Hale ran wild, rushing for 179 yards and one score on 22 carries. Last week's performance was his best of the season, now can he continue that into rivalry week as the Oilers face Dawson on Friday.
Cameron McCalister (@Cam_McCalister9) - Clear Brook
Coming off a 2-8 mark last year, Clear Brook has come out of the gates on fire this year. Fresh off a 24-0 victory over Clear Lake, the Wolverines are now 3-0 this season. Last week's win was thanks in big part to Cameron McCalister's play at QB. McCalister finished the game 12 of 24 for 172 yards and three scores. Nice performance by him.
