Consistency is the name of the game for Pearland Dawson. Under the direction of fifth-year coach Lauren Leth (313 career wins), the Eagles have been to the Regional Semifinals for five-straight seasons. That is impressive.
Now, can they get back to the Regional Finals for the first time since 2018 and maybe the State Tournament for the first time ever?
With four starters back, Dawson could be right back in the mix. Led by Texas A&M-Corpus Christi (Beach)-commit Bryce Ranney (255 kills), who was a first-team, all-district pick, and second teamers Ava Kennon (236 kills, 61 blocks) and Carter Galley (275 digs), the Eagles could make that deep run again.
Ouachita Baptist University- commit Kailey Thedford is another name to remember. The Eagles will have to find a setter to get the offense going and that could be Addison Moss.
