The Woodlands High School Bass Fishing Team finished first overall out of 119 teams at Lake Conroe on Saturday. The team finished with a winning weight of 30 pounds. The top anglers finished second, fifth and ninth. Hank Chauffe and Aidan Neely finished second, landing 3 fish, weighing in 11.16 pounds.
The pair was only 0.91 pounds behind Dawson anglers, Ryler Smart and Andrew McRay, who finished first with 4 fish weighing 12.07 pounds. The Dawson Anglers took home second place with a total weight of 29.67 pounds.
The next Bayou City Division tournament is set for November 21st in Somerville.
